Barry? You entered a Dec. 11, 1928 Tracy Cox-Baby Joe Gans bout. I just saw a comtemporary newspaper article saying that Cox fought Bobby Allen of Chicago @ Indianapolis; and that Gans that night fought Charley Rosen @ Los Angeles. Can we get a clarification from folks?

I probably entered the bouts from an everlast record book, or a 43' or 44' RRB. I'd go with the newspaper account!

I dunno, Barry. Looking at Gans' record, he was on the East Coast at the time. I can't see him going to L.A. for one bout, then heading back east again. I think we need more confirmation regarding both the Cox-Allen and Gans-Rosen bouts. I'll not enter either of them or make any changes to Gans' record for the time being.
