4-17-1943 shows duplication. First entry-Brooklyn Middleweight George Kochan beat Vince Pimpinella Pts8 8. Second entry-Brooklyn Lightheavyweight Vince Pimpinella lost George Kochan Pt8 8. Another one of those 1 per thousand. Do you think, maybe, this is happening because two separate people entered the boxers and one didn't delete a fight that was already in the database? Could also just be a gilch. Happens.

Interesting. Matt entered both. This should have heppened. The system shpuld have shown up as the boxers having a bout on that date the time the second bout was entered - over to you John. I will delete one of the bouts.

exactly what Anonymous stated. Sidenote: When I enter dates in your date-search, after three or four days have been put in it won't finish and I have to hit go again to have that day finish. If your Editors are having to do the same thing it is likely that it duplicates. Matt expressed his concern on all the duplicates I was sending in a couple of weeks ago. The only way I'm sure of non-duplication is by reviewing each fighters record after entry. That's a pain when you have lengthy records like Pep and Moore and is still subject to oversight. My personal record base input error rate is about 3 per hundred that still need additional corrections. Might want to revisit the non-corrected items I've been sending in that action hasn't been taken on as of now. (except for Rosey Stoy 4-19-23 that may be legit-requires additional looking at). Hope this helps. Don't know an easy answer to the problem. Maybe a Forum observer has a good suggestion.

I've noticed that my PC will hang/freeze frequently. This even happened when I was using a university PC that had at least a T-1 connection. The culprit seems to be the hidden Hit-Box data, because when I look at the status bar on the bottom of my screen when the PC is freezing, it always seems to be something to do with something called Hit-Box. What's up with that? ric
