Robin I notice you entered a bout for these two fighters from the Southern Hemispere in the late 1960s. They were some punchers, especially Mahanga. However his one punch KO power only seemed to last for three rounds. If you could survive past that you had a great chance of beating him. He did knockout Tony Mundine in the 9th but Mundine did not have a great chin. To this day Beekin's camp claim that Tony dodged him, and perhaps he did for his punching power was also something to stay away from. I must try and find more bouts for these two, especially Beekin.

Hello Colin, I'm working my way through the'70 RRB classifying and creating records for those that aren't in the base. There are about 20 bouts apiece for those 2 boxers. You need some serious help down there as I'm having a hell of a time matching anyone up. Could enter those if you'd like, but my Southern geography isn't too great.

HI Robin. I would concentrate on these two. They were big stars in Australia in their day. I will keep an eye out for them and help if possible with the geography.

I'll enter what I have on Mahanga, the '73 RRB has 50 plus bouts for him.
