Raging Bull Soundtrack Released

Fans of the film Raging Bull will be glad to know that the soundtrack has finally been released. I picked one up last weekend. It is a two disc set with some great tunes by the likes of Gene Krupa, Harry James, Artie Shaw, and a host of others. Scorsese was always known for his great soundtracks to his films and this one is no exception.

Speaking of Jake Lamotta, is he the oldest living former champion of any division?

Can't remember what was on the soundtrack but just the other day read that it was 25 years since the release of Raging Bull. Great film

I believe he is. He was no. 3 for a long time, behind Max Schmeling and Jimmy McLarnin, but they both passed within the last 12 months, at ages 99 and 96 respectively.
Hopefully, LaMotta will live a good few years yet, although he is in his 80s now.
