Okay so bare with me here people, i was scrolling down the results from last night and came across this Valery Brazhnik WKO5 Georgiy Isakov for the Vacant Ukranian Welterweight Title...fair enough.
But then below it says
Isakov knocked out dead by left to the head. Lennox Lewis presented Brazhnik with the champion's belt.
No. 1 Isakov was literally killed by this shot or is it just a bad explanation?
No. 2 What the hell is Lennox Lewis doing in the Ukraine handing out the Welterweight title?

I'm sure in the case of the former it's a bad translation and they actually mean knocked out cold.
In the case of the latter, there was a piece on the wires recently about Lewis being invited over for a few days by a high-ranking Ukranian official. I would imagine it's because his profile is extremely high there after his fight against national hero Vitali Klitschko.
Former heavyweight champion Lennox Lewis will arrive in Kiev (Ukraine) on Thursday (Oct 13,) on the invitation of Mykola Lisin, President of the Ukrainian Federation. Lewis will attend Infox Boxing Promotion and World Sport Promotion´s big show on Friday.
I assumed it was a bad translation on the first issue but Lewis in Ukraine just baffled me.
