Hatton fight on the big screen in London

Post by Shirow »

Who fancies watching the Hatton fight in a private cinema in the West End of London.

A bunch of guys from my white collar boxing gym will be going but there will be some free seats in the private 75 seat cinema of a bar near Picadilly Circus so i'd like to offer them out.
I've reserved it from 8pm. It will cost £30 per person and that includes your first beer and some buffet type food.

Anyone interested pm me quick.

Hmm that sounds interesting, but are you sure you really want to pick a fight with 75 people?

Seriously? I didn't know this - if you still record it on Sky+ I assume you do. I can probably cancel also...

Just in case anyone else was planning on board last minute...

Not enough guys from my White Collar club confirmed that they were defintely coming so i didn't risk paying the bar/cinema in advance.

I've cancelled it.

But it's being played at the Sports Cafe on Haymarket for £10. Small screens & no sound but better than nothing.

So i'll be there.

Hope to see you.

Have a good one Jon :TU:

I'm going to Newcastle Upon Tyne in a few hours to stay with one of the guys who was with us when we were in the Sports Cafe in Manchester to watch Brodie Harrison. We were going to go to the Hatton match, but decided to leave it and spend the weekend in Newcastle. I think they have a Sports Cafe there, may well watch it in it or another bar somewhere. Now its nearing fight time, the bug is getting me and I think we maybe should of went now.

Anyway, have fun and catch up with you soon! :TU: :box:
