Everlast 1933 has Singer losing by KO in 3rd

The 1981 Ring Record Book in Singer's record and the 1941 RRB in Fernandez's record both have Singer KO'd in 3.

Ric - I checked the New York Times. Definitely a KO 3 by Fernandez. It was quite a shock as Singer was being hailed as the new Benny Leonard. He boxed quite well for the first two rounds but then a two punch combination put him right out.
