What title was this bout for?

Carlos Quintana vs Jesus Velvarde... it was a 12 round bout, so it had to be for a title, albeit a meaningless one (what other kind of title is there now?).

Can someone check this out?

It was for the FEDECENTRO (Central American Boxing Federation) Welterweight title. FEDECENTRO is a regional organization of the WBA.

Carlos "India" Quintana (11-0, 9 KO) faced off with Jesus Valverde (18-4, 15 KO) for the Fedecentro Welterweight Championship and put in perhaps the most boring fight of the evening.

Yea, Quintana is like Angel Vasquez, he's either a complete bore to watch, or non stop action...
