INcluding new manager/boxer into your database-help needed

I need your help concerning signing up into your managers and boxers database. What is the procedure? What information is needed?

Thanks for your reply. There I found the Boxrec Ratings Description.
Does that mean , once I have the necessary info I post it here throu the forum and it will be then automatically added to database?? Thanks.
