Is this another one of those fishey godfrey fights where either it was a bogus decision or staged bout. or was this fight a legit win for sharkey?

Sharkey vs Godfrey
It is mentioned as one of Sharkey's best wins in some newspaper articles. Godfrey supposedly told Sharkey after they fought that he could beat Wills easily.
I did hear that Godfery may have deserved the decision against the oft-beaten Johnny Risko.
