Very impressive wasn't he, seeing as the other guy was no mug.
He's got the Naz act/style down to a tee, so was funny to hear him say that Naz is not his hero - maybe should've said role model.

Is he as good as he looks? Depends how his chin holds up, as he's bound to get clocked a good one soon with those hands by his waist.

He made the other guy look like a complete amateur, and looking at the records he obviously wasn't. I do worry about the future success of anyone employing that style though, it's inherently flawed and unless you have incredible reflexes is going to come unstuck at some point.

Haskins does indeed seem one to watch. Like already stated he obviously has taken on the 'Hamed' style of fighting. But this will only bring him success at World level if he has great reflexes and a cast iron chin.

Time will tell.......

To win inside the distance was impressive, but I failed to see what the fuss was about the quality of the opponent. He lost his last two fights, against decentish opperators - but one of those defeats was in his home town and the other was a near shut out loss.

Didn't look like much cop to me, indeed prior to the fight I was going to make a thread about how he deemed worthy of a title shot.

Cannot fault the performance, but from the opening minute I was thinking "another Kebede".

Yep, Haskins was impressive and if you didn't know anything about boxing then you would have said that this was a mismatch, which it wasn't.
And I agree with you that although the Style that Haskins uses does has it flaws, its exciting and very fast , but there is always the danger of someone taking your head off with a returned punch.

Whatever level Haskins gets to though its going to be exciting watching him.

I was well chuffed for Haskins. He proved against Moses Kiynua he was ready for a Commonwealth shot and talk about grasping an opportunity with both hands. There was nothing in the opponents back ground to suggest he was cannon fodder, that was simply a superb performance from Lee and I hope he gets some more Sky TV dates.

I assume Jason Booth have vacated the British Flyweight title so I can think of no better opponent than Dale Robinson (if he's able to make 8st) for the vacant championship.

Very impressive and exciting! Its good to see exciting fighters at the lower weights. However with his style he'll get clocked sooner or later and then we'll know if he has a good enough chin. However I can see him coming unstuck when you least expect it from a sucker punch in some eliminator or warm up fight. I hope he does well but I don't think he'll beat the best out there fighting like that.
