Some Champs seemed to never get the respect they deserved because they followed the great careers of other champs. Larry Holmes' popularity seemed to suffer because he came right after Ali. Ezzard Charles seemed to have the same problem because he followed Louis. Any others?

i use my bigbrother/middle brother/ little brother theory on ezzard charles.
Its like big brother, middle brother, younger brother. the big brother joe is the first child so he gets a lot of respect and poeple looke up to him and he gets the leader role. now rocky marciano the youngest brother, is the last child and the baby so he gets all the attention and people groom him to be just like his oldest brother joe. NOW WHERES EZZARD??? stuck in the middle. no one pays attention to the middle. the middle is middle. its too bad him and walcott were stuck like that.
