In history of the sport, what were some of the greatest matchups on paper that didnt live up to its true potential.. id have to say Oscar vs tito, on paper it was the 2 best in the diviision that everyone wanted to see... but the fight was boring with oscar running around and not much action...

Any other fights you can thik of that didnt live up to the hype?

For all its significance and impact, i believe Hagler vs Leonard fell well below expectations. After the sensational first fight, Ali vs Frazier 2 was kinda dull.
