Diego Alejandro Madole has been announced as the next opponent for Amir Khan, Not to sure if this is much of an improvment, Madole was stopped a couple of fights ago, but he has fought for the Argentine Lightweight title, and has fought all his career at that weight. At least it will give Khan some international experience

I always thought Frank wouldn't test him for his first 10 fights. But he should atleast be fighting experienced journeymen who can teach him something, and not these unknown kids from Russia, Mexico etc. I don't really mind this for his first 10 fights, but if he gets to 15-0 without having been tested it will be a big let down for me.

Why are guys like Pete Buckley gettin theo job or someone who can cover up & fire a few lively shots back?
This is the way it goes these days prospects arent developed at all their just padded & protected til their 20-0 and get banged out by some stiff.
Khans not learning shit against these jokers i fancy my own chances against Dave Bailey and that russian fella the other month & i only get to train part time.

The lad he beat in his last fight has been in with some decent fighters including Souleymane M'baye. There is a chance that he could be a pretty decent boxer, unfortunetely for him he'll be out of there when Khan lands a few good shots.Phenomenal-Nutrition wrote:The publics imagination needs to be captured and it wont be if he struggles against better fighters. Is this a slight step up? He fought for the Argie title
