This is the legendary PERCY COMMEY. 6'4 featherweight. He's in the white versus Colin McMillan(who's 5'5) in the green trunks. This fight was for the Commonwealth (British Empire) Featherweight Title. McMillan won a 12 round decision. The funny thing is on a different website they have Percy Commey docked in at 5'9.
