They have the Emanuel Augustus vs Courtney Burton replay on espn and boxrec's notes state "Augustus penalized one point in 8th for spinning himself out of a clinch."

Augustus was warned in the eight and deducted in the ninth.

The final decision was a disgrace, especially the 99-90 score. I'm surprised the entire match wasn't overturned or challenged(was it ever challenged?). Teddy Atlas had every right to be pissed off.
