Id say Jersey Joe. Real big puncher great left hook. A harder one shot hitter than Norton whose power was a bit overrated.
Id say Walcott was the better fighter period.

Walcots left hook stands out a little more than any of Nortons stuff. Gotta go with Jersey Joe.

Norton is a great example of a guy who is very muscular (the guy was ripped even by today's gym-rat standards), but who lacked pop.
Was it all muscluar endourance or was he strong as well?
PS. Walcott was very muscular for his times as well.
Does anyone know what their training regimine consisted of?

Kenny didn't look too strong against Foreman
The only fighter of recent times that comes to mind as having benefitted longterm from building muscle mass and not hindering himself was Holyfield in his rise to HW

For the record, Norton never lifted weights. Nortons physique was a product of genetics and vigorous calistethenics.
