An excellent list. I would agree with Buchanan. I would have Calzaghe and Hatton in there now, and also Turpin (in place of Bomber). Dave Charnley was probably the best pound for pound fighter in Britain in the early 60's, and Howard Winstone in the late 60's. I would try and squeeze them in.
One I definitely wouldn't have in is Lewis. He was a British-based pro. That's all.

I would put Calzaghe and Hatton in the top 10 over Graham and Eubank
