Was Joe Golphin sometimes known as Joe Dolphin? I have a few old fight flyers from Pugilistic Promotions, Inc. (aka Hank Kaplan) which all have the name "Killer" Joe Dolphin.

I also found an article from the Miami Herald dated 11/23/1982 which includes a fight to be held that night of Tony Green vs Killer Joe Dolphin. From the information I have found, Golphin and Dolphin are the same person - the fight records seem to match. Can this be confirmed by your staff?!?!?

Allthough he fought under the name of "Killer" Joe Dolphin;
He is listed as Joe Golphin in the 1984 Ring RB p.108 & 2001 FightFax RB p.382.

Also, they list his 2nd fight with Joe Perez (02-28-81) as a Loss.

Thanks for the info. Would it be possible to cross reference this in the records? I've noticed that BoxRec has done this on a few others. It would be helpful to have both names listed with the usual "see (name) for record" perhaps under "Dolphin", linking to "Golphin".
