Kelly should have got the decision overturned in his favour but unfortunatly no sanctioning body/board are willinf to do such a thing .

Let's hope he will have that belt around his waist before the of the year .

Has a decision ever been overturned?

I read an interview with Winky once saying once of his losses was a draw or something once but it got overtured and changed into a loss for him.

Do they actually overturn a decision?

I agree with you guys though.

Winky Wright´s fight against Harry Simon was announced as a draw, but changed to a win for Simon after the scorecards were rechecked. Faulty addition happenes all to often.
