Sanchez vs Arguello

Post by Guest »

think about it these are two of the greatest featherweight champions who wouldve won
its arguellos power against sanchezs chin
arguellos offence against sanchezs defense
both had extreme stamina
sanchez was faster
ladies and gentlemen the fight is scheduled for 15 rounds for the vacant lineal world featherweight title

I wouldn't call them the best Feathers of all-time, sure they rank right up there... but you gotta remember Barrera, Morales (winner of Barrera-Morales II should be considered), Sanchez, Pryor, Sandy SADDLER, Willie Pep, and Carlos Zarate, you forgot al about Pep, Saddler, Zarate, Pryor, and the current cream of the crop Feathers.

Of course, throw in a young Fritzie Zivic (and his tactics :-)) and we've got ourselves a genuine all-time Featherweight tournament

ACTUALLY THIS FGHT WAS IN THE MIND OF DON KING IN 1982 FOR ARGUELLO'S LIGHTWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP EVEN DON KING OFFERED TO GIVE SANCHEZ A ROLL ROYCE IF HE WOULD HAD BEAT ARGUELLO. OF COURSE THAT FIGHT NEVER HAPPENED BECAUSE SANCHEZ DIED IN THAT CAR ACCIDENT. BUT AT LIGHTWEIGT WELL SANCHEZ WAS ONLY 23 YEARS OLD PROBABLY HE COULD HAD BE IN HIS PRIME AT LIGHTWEIGHT I WILL SAY SANCHEZ BY DECISION . BECAUSE IT NEEDED A BIGGER MAN LAIKE PRYOR TO KO ARGUELLO IN 14 ROUNDS.
