Update for Encyclopedia page ?

Don't know if anyone can help me on this but was looking at this page and what champions come from what countries and Chris Eubank isn't listed on the English page Robbie Regan & Steve Robinson aren't on the Welsh page i know these were all WBO champs but Barrios is listed as Argentinian Champ. I there any reason for this ?
