Hell.. since everyone is bitching about Duddy and Abraham, I might as well bring up Oleg

Parents Birthplace = Russia x2
Birthplace = Kazahkstan
Grew Up In = Kazahkstan
Citizenship = Kazahkstan + USA
Lives In = USA
Claims to be = Russian + American (USA)

Looks like a 3 way tie to me.

Unless anyone else has more criteria?

I've outlined 20 points that Boxrec needs to answer if we are to stop these arguements. Boxrec needs to come out and state what criteria they use when it comes to designating nationality

Someone changed Oleg to Russian. I believe that does make more sense then his previous listing of Kazahkstani.

Now can we argue Arturo Gatti?
