No evidence on Sims record to suggest he was good enough to beat Morrison. Unless you consider an 8 rd kayo of Jumbo Cummings confirmation that Sims could kayo Morrison.

I'm sure the early 80s version of Sims could deck Morrison and make an argument but his own chin plus lack of technique will lead to his demise v The Duke.
