The following fights are listed as having been fought in Miami for 5/23/97. In reality, they were part of the Punta Gorda card on the same day. Freeman Barr TKO 6 over Roosevelt Booth, Steve Kondas W4 Willie Driver and Cora Weber W4 Belinda Laracuente. They were with David Armstrong, Antuan Shazell and Daryn Thomas. It was also, the first internet broadcast of professional boxing in the world. It was seen in 15 countries by over 250,000 people and got quite a bit of press at the time. Of course, internet broadcasts are commonplace today. We had Hank Kaplan and Kid Gavilan as our special guests at this show. It was sanctioned by the Florida State Boxing Commission.
