Is there a law requiring commissions to report results?

Is there a law requiring commissions to report fight results to boxrec?

Or is it just something that boxing commissions choose to do?

There was a mandate from the ABC convention that we receive results and most commissions do send them. However there are some that don't send very often and some that fail to send.
