Obviously some states are going to be easier than others. I'd imagine that Philiadelphia might be quite a tough one maybe.

Actually if were're talking sates it's the whole of Pennsylvania, which makes it even harder becuase it ocvers a bunch of other great fighttowns, not least Pittsburg

this thread could be very tricky, apart from the normal issue`s dont forget some of those redneck southern states still refuse to accept the legitamacy of the union.

If were're going strictly on where fighters were born Alabama is going to be surprizingly hard as many great fighters such as Joe Louis and Evander Holyfield were born there but moved or fought out of other places.

i thought holyfield was from atlanta, georgia?
anyway george foreman was from georgia infact i`m sure ray robinson was from georgia so like kentucky georgia is a shoe in.

Holyfield fought out of Atlanta but I'm pretty sure he was born somewhere in rural Alabama no idea where.

Jack Dempsey must be the best fighter born in Colorado.

on that list colorado`s best fighter is down as chalky wright and conneticuts is down as melio battina.
if j-c is correct regarding places of birth then his shouts of dempsey for colorado and pep for conneticut have got a good chance of making it.
