Boxers/great boxing matches in Wisconsin???

I'm new to all of this and am writing an essay on boxing in the midwest and its impact on popular culture. Anyways i would just like to know if anyone had any info on boxers or pretty big boxing matches from Wisconsin. Any time period is fine, i would appreciate any help at all.

Eddie McGoorty was probably the best fighter to come out of Wisconsin. Also, off hand I can think of Tyrone Trice.

Packey McFarland from Chicago defeated Freddie Welsh from Wales in a bout in Milwaukee. Both men are Hall of Famers, so that may have been the best matchup to ever take place in Wisconsin.

I think Eric Morel was from Madison.
Olympian and a pro champ at fly I believe.
