Hatton fight on the bbc

Yes. I remember Woods, and also Haye (who fought Glen Kelly) both saying, basically pleading, to the BBC to keep covering boxing.

Bit weird they've suddenly decided to pluck the Hatton fight out of the air though. A) a rerun B) Surely Sky have the rights to it? I don't quite get the logic behind it

Maybe Sky are trying to wind up ITV (and allegedly) a little bit by offering a free rerun to the BBC. Furthermore it is possible that they just want some additional exposure for Hatton. That way more people will be aware of him and may consider watching him on sky in the future ........

......... but they must fast forward the fight from round 7 onwards :TU:
