Draw/techn. decision

In Santos Laciar's record ( and I've come across elsewhere ) it says Draw and Technical decision at the same time. What is meant a technical draw, or a technical decision? Anyway it can be corrected, because both options are available now in the editor menu. So tell me what is meant.

Usually awarded on an accidental head butt and is determined on how many rounds have been completed. A first round clash will be a TD Draw and the number of rounds varies for different organizations. Heres a site that has some good info:

I know that, I just wanted to know whether the fight I mentioned ended in a technical draw or a technical decision.

What is meant is Technical Draw 8.
