Katsidis enters Ring Magazine Top 10 Lightweight Rankings

Post by johnswan1 »

Interesting if Khan wants to stay at this weight and probably a wise move. I actually think he'll be well able to deal with most of these guys within a couple of years and Casmayor and Chavez will be gone before too long. There isn't really a clear superstar to rule the division over the next few years, maybe Juan Diaz but I still think he has a bit to prove, and wasn't he considering moving to Light Welter, or was that Julio? I even think Katsidis would give any of these guys hell as long as he stayed more composed and didn't punch himself out. In the Super Featherweight division I suppose it's possible the likes of Valero, Guzman and Juarez could move up, maybe even Arthur too?

Yeah goes to show there isn't an awful lot of depth in the division.

Yeah, only really #1 and #2 worth considering a good world class fighters at this stage.

Bit harsh on Earl having Romanov above him - but I suppose as EBU champion it is understandable.

That's got to be a first.

It may not have to many big names, but there's some great match ups in those rankings
