This was Tanzania heavyweight title (TPBC Version) I believe it is most fair if it is mentioned so as already there is a Tanzania Heavyweight Title (PST Version) holder - Ashraf Suleiman Yussuf.
The event was sanctioned only by TPBC and not PST. So it is basically wrong to call it plainly Tanzania Heavyweight Title.
