Just a quick heads up that we're running a prediction league over at UKboxingpress web site. Rules are stated below. Now before the mods (or whoever) jump on this for me "spamming for custom", I've posted here for a few years now and will continue to do so for the forseeable future. Most posters use this as a base and hop on other forums for snippets (i think).
Anyhow just an offer.
Here are the rules:
However many people can join ... I ask one thing ... if you commit yourself ... try to keep your predictions coming in ... regardless of how shit you are doing!!! ... if you miss more than 2 weeks consecutive predictions then I will wipe your name and score from the league unless of course you have warned me off.
The Remainder of the rules are:
The league will consist of 12 Rounds ... some rounds may run for 2 or 3 weeks if we are scratching around for decent fights to predict on.
Correct Round KO/TKO ... 15 Pts
Within 1 Round (Either side of correct round) ... 10 Pts
Correct TKO/KO (Not Within 1 Round) ... 7 Pts
"Draw" ... 20 Pts
SD/MD Points Win ... 10 Pts
UD Win ... 6 Pts
Pts Win (But not correct type) ... 5 Pts
A TD will be treated the same as a UD/MD or SD
Winner (But Not Correct Type Of Win) ... 2 Pts
In cases of difficulty/confusion we will go by results placed on Boxrec
Any fight published to predict on Which changes!!! ( example: Opponent changes/Weight) ... Fight Voided
Any fighter who wins by the way of his opponent being Disq ... 20 Pts
