I thought he was still in court/rehab over the cocaine ordeal and if found guilty would get 7 1/2 years? And if not, what about the 'world tour' he was on and started off against Corey Sanders? What happened to that?

as far as an actual comeback......i'll just quote Mike after losing to McBride:

'If I cant beat guys like Kevin McBride anymore then I retire, I wont make a disgrace out of the sport anymore.'

If he is coming back...I guess the almighty dollar won on this one, and is a damned shame.

Sadly, you might be right.

I've always said that there will be a Holyfield -v- Tyson 3! :o

What a sad spectacle that would be.

How may times? Tyson does not want to fight anymore, he has admitted this frequently since he retired. If he fights now, it will be because he HAS to, not because he wants to, which would be a real shame in my view.

If he were to come back, he would not be in any kind of shape similar to his heyday, and would be beaten by fighters who would have literally $hit themselves with fear if Tyson was or near his peak. Mike would be beaten by the calibre of boxer who would not have even mentioned 'Tyson' back in the day.

If he does indeed return to boxing, I will not watch it as it will be very sad to see. People are entitled to their own judgement of Mike Tyson & I for one would be very sad to see him beat up. Tyson has a good chin, therefore he could probably take a lot of punishment, but in the end, all that is really bad.

Fooking shame, really. I know people are quick to criticise Mike, but no doubt he did a lot for Boxing.

I hope a comeback doesn't happen. If it does, Mike is so far shot from the fighter that was, that there's danger of him getting or ending up seriously hurt, IMO.

Screw the heavyweight division. All the best fights are in lighter weight classes anyway. We're digging for fossils for a great American Heavyweight.

I doubt we'll see Tyson in another real fight ever again.

He should get a job commentating. Maybe he could come to England and work for SKY or ITV.

He would be very good

He is no longer an attraction
Tyson is always in need of money to pay off his crippling debts, but being so past it, his purse money probably wouldn't make alot of difference, as he wont be able to command big money fights anymore
