Anthony Mundine dismantled Sam Soliman to win the vacant WBA super middleweight title on Wednesday in Sydney, Australia. Mundine brutally put Soliman on the deck three times in round nine before the bout was waved off by referee Stanley Christodoulou at 2:29
"The Man" was in command from round two on after he put Soliman on the deck. This is the second time Mundine has held the WBA title, although longtime champion Mikkel Kessler also retains his title under the WBA's controversial two-champion system.
