DIEGO - Willie Jackson (Rex Layne opponent)

Hi! Could this be the Willie Jackson from Newark, NJ? It looks strange as Jackson fought much more less experienced boxers, starting from 1961.
(RRB 1964 edition). The Rex Layne bout was held in Utah, 1955.
