MAYWEATHER V DE LA HOYA - POST YOUR BETS HERE!!

Post by Wrists »

Just a bit of fun, why odn't we post our bets here so we don't have to put up with shameless aftertiming after the event :TU:

My bets:

£3 each on rounds 7,8,9 and 10 for De La Hoya - all roughly 40-66 to 1 on Betfair

£18 on Mayweather to win on points at 6/4ish. Thats my saver.

Come on everyone, bit of fun, post yer bets

Regards

6/4 on Mayweather for points?

I was gonna do that bet but he was 8/13 with corals so i didn't bother, and bookies wouldn't go against eachother that much..

I got 2.28 on betfair which equates to about 11/8 my mistake not 6/4 but still good value

Betfair is the nuts

anything odds against for mayweather on points has to be good bet

stay away from corals, ladbrokes et al
Bf is the way forward

a fiver on DLH for each round 6-11 and £20 on Mayweather decision via betfair I think, not done it yet, still looking for a site which accepts ranges of rounds rather than spread betting individual ones.

Maybe Oscar will win as Floyd's looking like he's put alot of mass on. Could be slow enough for Oscar to catch him.

I just always thought It was just going to be a one sided win for Floyd though, he's no Mayorga which Oscar could of had a 10 year layoff for.

Mayweather In The Pink For Knockout Win Say Punters
FLOYD IN PINK FOR DE LA HOYA KAYO?........

William Hill have cut their odds about Floyd Mayweather knocking Oscar de la Hoya out in their superfight this weekend from 8/1 to 6/1 after a run of support from boxing fans. If the fight ends on a points decision, Hills make Mayweather 8/11 to be the winner with De La Hoya 11/4.
Hill's round by round odds: Mayweather - 25/1 rd9; rd 12; rd 11; rd 10; 33/1 rd8; rd7; rd6; rd5; 40/1 rd4; rd3; 50/1 rd2; rd1; De La Hoya - 50/1 rd6; rd5; rd4; rd3; rd2; rd1; 66/1 rd9; rd8; rd7; rd12; rd 11; rd 10.

Had only 20 quid on me and popped into the ladbiookes.

Tenner on Oscar on points, at 3/1
Split a tenner on rounds 9/12 for Oscar to win by stoppage. Various between 33-1 and 40-1 on the last round

Sadly my Betfair account was suspended, and won't be reactivated for 24 hours so couldn't bet online. Bollocks! Would have gotten far odds on the round for round betting.

£10 on De La Hoya KO/TKO @ 6/1

I was tempted to put a fiver on each round from 9-12 for Oscar, never mind.
