I was just thinking was there any serious talk of a Joe Bugner - Henry Cooper rematch in the aftermath of their first fight due to the debate over the scoring of Harry Gibbs scorecard?

If I remember correctly Cooper was so disgusted with the decision that he announced his retirement and never fought again. Also, He was almost 37 which was quite old for a boxer back then. I don't recall Bugner shouting for a rematch.

I understand that Cooper was getting old for a fighter and he was also starting to pick up injurys such as his bad wrist etc. I was just wondering if a rematch was offered etc.
