Isidro Arreola?

I noticed there are two Isidro Arreola's listed on boxrec. but with two different records and ages. Could these be the same person? Both have the same name and both happen to be from Brownsville? I knew the one that fought at 128-130. Fought his pro debut against a friend of mine and lost. Just curious. Should be checked out maybe

The difference of the two boxers are in their weights (30lbs), age (16 yrs)
and most important, their federal ID #s,
