Apparently Forbes is in the Hatton camp and sparring with Ricky..
Anyone got any more on this?
I saw him lose the Contender final and was far from impressed with the lad, and he didn't seem to similar to JLC in style...

Steve Forbes is a boxer, nothing like Castillo. I'm puzzled as to why Hatton is using him. Maybe he just wants decent sparring period and doesn't care about the style.hitman_hatton1 wrote:he ain't world's away from castillo.

Forbes was fighting Mayweather esque but throwing quite a bit of leather. Good sparring quality. But not as strong or powerful as Castillo.

I think Forbes' problem is he's a former super feather and it's going to be hard pressuring some of these bigger men. Didn't watch the D Hppkins fight all the way through so I don't know if I think it was a robbery.
