Is Bob Pastor still alive? I've found Robert E. Pastor, born 1-26 1914, died 1-26 1996, last residence Saratoga, NY ).

That is correct.
Bob Pastor (real name: Robert Edward Pasternak) died 26th January 1996 in New York.

I've added a few more, it seems Monte Masters passed away a couple of years ago as well.
