I=Inactive, A=Active, C=?

Post by Marlin »

OK, so I'm not sure if this is the right section, if not sorry. I will also apologise because this is probably a stupid question but I have been wondering for a while.... anyway here it is:

When looking up boxers with the search function some have a red I, which I assume means inactive, some have a green A, which I assume means active and others have a white C, I can't seem to put my finger on what that means??? Can anyone help me out?

Complete is used when we are completely sure we have every fight that fighter took place in. Say Mayweather did retire tomorrow and never came back. We know his fight record is complete and it would be marked as so.

There are certainly thousands of fighters who's records show them simply as retired but are indeed complete, but they aren't marked as so.
