Tunney v. Crossley

Gene Tunney's 1921 fight with Herbert Crossley is listed here as a 7th round knockout, while on another website has it as a 7 round points win and adds that the fight was cut from 15 to 7 rounds because otherwise the main event wouldn't start on time. I guess it WAS indeed a points win, but can anyone verify?
