I actually agree that Duddy should be on the list... whether he wants too or not, he is eligable to fight for the British title. Dunne, on the other hand, isn't... so I don't think he should be on the list.

Shouldn't Tony Oakey be somewhere on the list - he did draw with Magee.... seems like the more people (although not me) thought he beat Magee also.

Personally think that both now could be ommited for Dean Francis, they almost fought their way out of the P4P reckoning.

Yes, it has been metioned before. I strongly considered taking him out this Month, but I decided to add in the Irish fighters instead. I would prefer to leave him in until he retires, but I don't think people will like that.

I am not sure of the law on this issue. Are you sure Dunne couldn't fight for the British title, if he applied?

I don't move fighters up or down after a draw, so I had to leave Oakey out.

Francis is close to getting on the list, but he needs to fight a decent opponent, or a few more fights on the level he has been fighting at recently, to get on the list.

Scott Harrison shouldn't be anywhere near this list, let alone the top 10.

And why has Michael Jennings been moved out of it!! For what? Beating Takaloo and then having Minter drop out?

Got bored after the first 10, but I couldn't stand seeing Scott still in that top 10 when he hasn't fought since 2005.

The list is mostly based on achievements.
I move fighters only if they have fought in the previous Month.
I tend not to take fighters out for inactivity, unless they have retired.
A fighter cannot move up for a loss or down for a win or either way for a draw.
I take titles into consideration not just the quality of opponent.

Collazo, Collazo, Collazo, it was when Ricky Hatton beat Luis Collazo for the WBA Welterweight title that I put him to No.1, not when Ricky Hatton beat Juan Urango. I told you last Month but you mustn't have read it.

I take on board what other posters have written, but it is my list. Most people have Hatton at No.1, so I think I have got that right.

Saying the system is based mainly on achievement excuses having Gavin Rees in the top 10 when he is nowhere near one of the 10 best boxers in Britain, but if thats the case how is Commonwealth Champion Bradley Pryce a full 10 places behind John Duddy?

i think lynes could be higher an ex world champ two defences distance with witter wins british and euro belts against two top british fighters both better than lauri imo and only 19th?
