Hi, anyone have any experience of ordering a dell laptop? I ordered mine last saturday and they said a maximum of 10 working days delivery. i go away to Uni on the 29th and the online tracking says it is still 'pre production', I need it for the 29th..

I don't think its going to arrive in time, anyone ordered one can tell me how long it took for theirs to arrive? thanks

Have ordered from Dell before both business and personal. Most items turned up within a week or two but once a laptop took about 10 weeks as they screwed up the order. Normally quite reliable but give them a shout if there are delays.
