There are two Tommy Davies' from Wales fighting between 1940 and 1950. Are they one and the same fighter?

It looks like the one and the same Davies, comparing opponents of the two records in this site, with the RRB 1950.
TD, Welsh Middleweight Champion
Born, Cwmgorse, 1920. Began boxing 1938. For early record see 1948 RRB.
