Featherweights: Sandy Saddler vs Eusebio Pedroza
"The Battle of the Dirty Fighters" would be according to the experts. I do not consider Pedroza a dirty fighter at all. Some of y'all do. Who wins?
Good matchup!
I think Saddler would win, but by decision only as Eusebio was a smart fighter and had a good chin at featherweight. He was also crafty and clever enough in his own right to give Sandy quite a bit of problems, and while not as dirty a fighter as Saddler, Eusebio was more than capable of bending the rules himself.
One thing is for sure, the referee is gonna have his hands full with these two! I would be shocked if at least one of them didn`t lose a point or two during the course of the fight. Saddler should win this, but it won`t easy as Pedroza was a great fighter in his own right and would have made it very competitive. If they fought a series he would win at least one bout, of that I am certain.
