Anthony Downey/Bryan Downey

In my records, I have Jock Malone fighting Bryan Downey on July 24, 1923 but Boxrec has him fighting Anthony Downey. Malone faught Bryan twice the year before, once in Columbus and once in Louisville - the Anthony fight was in Columbus. Anthony has 4 fights on Boxrec, 3 in Columbus - could him and Bryan be the same person?
