JAMIE MOORES BAD LUCK STRIKES AGAIN
The European champion Zaurbek Baysangurov has withdrew from his mandatory defence with Jamie planned for the 8th December at the Robin park arena with a reported fractured cheekbone caused in his last week of sparring. This is another blow to Jamie as he continually strives to raise above British level and it has left the Salford fighter shattered. Jamie has been training in pain - with a repeat shoulder injury that caused him to have an operation immediately after the Mathew Macklin fight - and has now decided to go under the surgery again to try and rectify the problem once and for all rather than defend his British title. As we report Jamie is discussing relinquishing his title to help save the show which is the UK Skybox office under card to Hatton v Mayweather , for further details on the show please read http://www.vipboxing.com . Jamie remains mandatory for the European title and this will happen as soon as both boxers are fit and able.
JAMIE MOORES BAD LUCK STRIKES AGAIN .....
Great shame, I was looking forward to that fight. Maybe though its a blessing in disguise if Jamie has such a injury, he'd need to be 100% to beat this guy. Jamies had some bad luck lately but only needs to look at Ian Napa to see how he can turn things around in the future, this delay may be what he needs really...
