Someone, possibly Terry, was looking for this the other day and I can't find the existing thread. Not great but it may help.
Enjoy

Ricky uses CNP products, which Kerry Kayes is the MD of. As the weeks go by during training & Ricky becomes fitter, the diet improves & he has more & more nutrients.
I guess having the protein meal replacements are a blessing because they have vital & more nutrients, but are not as high in calories.
I've said it before & I'll say it again, Kerry Kayes is like an encyclopedia when it comes to increasing strength, having the right diet & vital nutrients, etc. Kerry has helped Ricky a lot since coming on board. Respect to Billy Graham for seeking advice from Kayes.
However, in the artice on the BBC website, it states the cycle Ricky goes through, he may put on even more weight as he gets older. Ricky's been going through the cycle for years now. I doubt he's always 40lbs overweight.
I know he was for Tszyu, but Ricky has fought three times this year, so maybe there wasn't enough time for him to put on so much.
Anyway, if Ricky beats Mayweather, then I'm sure he'll be having the biggest celebration of his life, which will consist of Guinness, pies, chinese, indian food, etc.
